Parental Survey

Dear Parent/Carer

Dundee City Council Children and Families Service will be carrying out a review of your child's school/nursery, St Andrew's RC Primary School. We will visit the school to review how well pupils are learning and achieving and how well the school supports young people to do their best. This is part of our continual drive to improve the performance of Dundee's schools and ensure they provide the best education possible for our children.

As part of the review process we would like to find out parents' views of the school and the education experience  your child receives there. Your views are important to us, because they will form part of the evidence we collect in the review.

The survey will be carried out online. You can go direct to the survey at: https://goo.gl/bYFSgt

This link will also be available on the school website.  You will shortly also be sent a text message with this internet address.

The questionnaire will take around 15 minutes to answer.  If you would prefer to complete a paper version of the questionnaire, please let the school know and we will arrange for a copy to be sent home with your child.

Could you please complete the questionnaire by Friday 15 December 2017.

We will give the school a summary of the survey result. We will not give your name in any information we share with others. We will be careful in how we present any information in tables, to keep your answers confidential. We may use the information for statistical purposes.

Thank you in advance for your support.
